We accept payment via all major credit & debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Switch / Maestro, Solo – and Paypal.

If you would prefer to pay via cheque, or credit / debit card over the phone, just place your order online and select “telephone payment” and then give us a call on 01625 876618.

Delivery

We endeavour to complete & dispatch orders within 24 hours of ordering, however we state that it can take up to 7 days, depending on workload.  If you require your order urgently, either contact us first to tell us when you need it for, so that we can confirm this is possible.

We use Interlink express, a high quality next day courier.

Returns Policy

We pride ourselves on the quality of our work, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with the products we provide. If you are not happy with the product you have purchased – for any reason – please inform us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will be more than happy to do whatever needs to be done to ensure your satisfaction, whether that means refunding you in full, or re-doing the print for you.

Refunds Policy

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, if you’re not happy with the canvas print or other photo printed gift you have purchased from us, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt, and we will be happy to replace the product or refund you in full.
