Happy Christmas to all of our customers! Very Important Pre-Christmas Ordering Info, Please Read.

Just a quick reminder that “next day delivery” is next working day, and that this is concerning the delivery only, it does not mean next day from the time you place your order, as we need time to create your personalised gifts.

We do aim for a 1-2 day turnaround, but it can be 3 days or longer depending on our workload, and the leadtime will also depend on what time you place your order. For example if you place your order in the evening, we will process it the next working day. Please keep all of this in mind when ordering Christmas gifts.

Also, the last day for ordering for guaranteed delivery before Christmas, is Friday the 14th of December. We close on Thursday the 20th, and we will still take orders up until and including this date, but we cannot guarantee pre-christmas delivery on orders placed after Friday the 14th.
