IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT DELIVERY TIME

Please note, we create bespoke products and this is a process which takes time. Therefore there is a production time which is separate to the delivery time, so if you choose next working day courier delivery - that doesn't mean you will get your personalised product the next working day from the time that you place your order, it means that you will receive your item the next working day from when we dispatch your order. In other words "Delivery Time" refers to the delivery service, and not the production time.

Our standard lead time is 3 working days, but during busy periods such as the run up to Mothers day, Fathers day and of course Christmas, the lead time can increase to approximately 7 working days. If you need your personalised item in a hurry, we may be able to do this for you depending on our current workload (except during particularly busy periods such as Christmas, where every order is urgent) but you will need to give us a call on 01625 876618 to ensure that we will be able to meet your deadline.

Please note that it is never possible for us to arrange same day dispatch on order placed in the afternoon. In some cases, depending on how busy we are, we may be able to manage same day dispatch for next day delivery for orders placed in the morning, however we would only do so if we have received a telephone call from you and have confirmed on the telephone that we can meet your deadline.
